1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nfloo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any Nfloo services.

2. About Nfloo

Nfloo is an online marketplace that connects businesses with influencers and content creators for affiliate marketing campaigns. The Platform provides tools for campaign creation, influencer discovery, affiliate link tracking, and performance reporting.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

Nfloo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

4. Business Responsibilities

Businesses that launch campaigns on Nfloo are responsible for:

  • Setting fair and accurate campaign terms, including commission rates and flat fees
  • Paying creators based on tracked conversions and the agreed-upon terms
  • Ensuring that campaign content and landing pages comply with applicable laws and advertising regulations

5. Creator Responsibilities

Creators who participate in campaigns agree to:

  • Promote products and services honestly and in compliance with FTC disclosure guidelines
  • Not engage in any form of affiliate fraud, including but not limited to fake clicks, self-referrals, bot traffic, or fabricated conversions
  • Use only the affiliate links and codes provided through the Platform

6. Payouts

Creator commissions are calculated on a monthly basis. Payouts are made on a Net 30 schedule — meaning commissions earned in a given month are paid 30 days after that month ends.

  • The minimum payout threshold is $25. Balances below this amount roll over to the next pay period.
  • Payouts are currently processed manually via PayPal or bank transfer.
  • Creators are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

7. Platform Fees

Nfloo does not currently charge a platform fee to businesses or creators. This may change in the future, and any fee changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

Any form of affiliate fraud — including fake clicks, fabricated conversions, bot traffic, cookie stuffing, or misrepresentation — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. Nfloo reserves the right to withhold payouts associated with fraudulent activity.

9. Content

Nfloo is not responsible for content created, published, or distributed by influencers or businesses using the Platform. Each user is solely responsible for the content they produce and share in connection with campaigns.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nfloo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nfloo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

Nfloo may terminate or suspend your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending payouts for legitimate, verified conversions will still be honored.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
