Nfloo uses the following third-party services:

  • Resend — for sending transactional and campaign emails. Your email address is shared with Resend for delivery purposes.
  • Google Gemini — for AI-powered influencer matching and analysis. No personal data is sent to Gemini; only website content and anonymized campaign parameters are used.
  • YouTube — we access publicly available YouTube data (channel info, subscriber counts) to build influencer profiles.

4. Cookies

Nfloo uses session cookies only to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookie-based analytics.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.
